Waggy Tails Darlington provides dog walking, home boarding, and pet care services in Darlington and surrounding areas. We are licensed by Darlington Borough Council (Licence No. DL25/00150/AN1LIC), fully insured, and DBS checked.
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by us.
- A free meet and greet is required before the first booking to ensure your dog is comfortable with us.
- We reserve the right to decline a booking if we feel it is not in the best interest of your dog or other dogs in our care.
- Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a booking.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged at the full rate.
- Registered customers are given access to a secure online portal to view and manage their dog's information.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
- You may add and update your dog's details, including health, behavioural, and dietary information, through the portal.
- You may upload documents such as vaccination records, insurance certificates, and vet records. You are responsible for ensuring any documents you upload are accurate and belong to you.
- Waggy Tails administrators and authorised staff may view information and documents you add to the portal in order to provide care for your dog.
- If you wish to have your account and data removed, please contact us.
- You must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, behavioural issues, or dietary requirements your dog has, either in person or via the customer portal.
- Your dog must be up to date with vaccinations, flea treatment, and worming.
- XL Bully breeds are welcome. We carry specific insurance for XL Bully dogs.
- You must provide a suitable lead, harness, and any required muzzle for your dog.
- We are fully insured for dog walking, home boarding, and pet care services.
- While we take every precaution to keep your dog safe, dogs can be unpredictable. We are not liable for injuries caused by your dog to other dogs or people.
- We are not liable for any pre-existing medical conditions that may be affected during our care.
We are animal first aid trained. In the event of an emergency, we will contact you immediately and take your dog to the nearest veterinary practice if required. You will be responsible for any veterinary fees incurred.
- Payment terms and pricing will be agreed upon during the meet and greet.
- Payment is due as agreed (in advance or on the day, depending on the service).
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
